Frequently Asked Questions
God is our provider. He promises in Matthew 6:33 to provide for our needs. The Bible teaches that everything we have comes from God and belongs to Him. Psalm 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” Therefore, we are mere stewards of what God has given to us. Generosity is giving back to God what is already His.
Our guidelines for giving – give voluntarily and without compulsion, give joyfully and give worshipfully. All giving is a matter of the heart.
Your gifts are used to fund God’s work through the ministry of the church. We do this through our weekend services for adults and kids, and through our support of local and world wide mission endeavors. We can accomplish more together than separate.
The church prepares a budget on an annual basis. The first step in the budgeting process begins with the vision set by the Lead Pastor and Board of Directors. The staff will then prepare the budget. The administrative team accumulates the budget for all areas and works with the various ministry areas to complete the overall budget. The final budget is presented to the Board of Directors for review, adjustment and approval.
The administration of the church monitors the budget and cash flow on a continual basis.
The Lead Pastor’s compensation and benefits package is established by the non-staff Board members. The non-staff Board members do an annual performance review of the Lead and Co-Lead Pastor and make adjustments to the salaries on an annual basis. The non-staff Board members utilize salary surveys and comparable data from other churches and ministries of a similar size and budget. They also consider the cost of living differences within the comparison.
Every staff position has a ministry job description and is assigned a pay range based on pre-set criteria. The salary ranges are reviewed on an annual basis by the Executive Pastor and Co-Pastor and approved by the Lead Pastor. The ranges are developed in utilizing salary survey information and consultation with other churches and ministries of a similar size and in consideration of cost of living differentials.
The salaries of all staff are reviewed, discussed and approved by the Board of Directors.

Ministries We Support
These are the ministries that we support on an ongoing basis. Our heart is that we don't give "to" the church, we give "through" the church. By giving through the church you are supporting, blessing, and impacting these ministries directly.
