Our Youth Pastor
Pastor Brian Hailey
Brian Hailey serves as our dedicated Youth Pastor, bringing energy and passion to mentoring and guiding the next generation. His wife, Leslie Hailey, is our wonderful Children’s Director, sharing her heart for nurturing young minds and spirits. Together, they are a dynamic team, deeply committed to our church family and community. They are proud parents to two amazing sons who keep them on their toes and bring plenty of joy to their lives!
Catalyst Students
We believe in speaking life, encouragement, and undiluted truth into our future generations as we invest into their future. We are passionate about raising up a generation of Christ followers and disciple makers. Creating connections between the youth as well as leaders is important to us to give them a support system outside Catalyst. Our desire is for each leader to find their ministry within Catalyst and mentor the youth to use their gifts to give glory to God.

We take our walk as followers of Jesus deeper by diving into the Bible together, forming a biblical worldview (way of seeing the world), and being challenged to live more like Jesus throughout the following week empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Devos and Donuts - Next is December 11th at 7:20am at Fredericksburg Middle School!
"Devos and Donuts" is our monthly outreach to local schools, where we connect with students by sharing donuts and a meaningful devotional. It’s a chance to spread joy, encourage positive values, and inspire hearts, all while building connections within the community.
Catalyst Core - Discipleship Group
Mondays 6:30-8:00pm This group of students has chosen to go deeper into the heart of Jesus by following him in a disciplined life day to day, obeying his teachings, and making other disciples. In this setting our future leaders are developing and preparing to be future worship leaders, teachers, pastors, and servant leaders in the Kingdom. We also draw near to the Holy Spirit in unity allowing Him to show us our super-natural gifting and then practice those gifts to build up the body of Christ and show the power of God’s incoming Kingdom where we live, work and play.
